Continuing Medical Education

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Continuing Nursing Education

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credential Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

In order to receive full contact-hour credit for this CNE activity, you must attend the entire activity, participate in individual or group activities such as exercises or pre/post tests, and complete and submit the evaluation and attestation form at the conclusion of the activity.

Accreditation refers to the recognition of the education activity only and does not imply USUHS or ANCC Commission on Accreditation approval or endorsement of any product.

Healthcare Executives

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences is authorized to award pre-approved Category II (non-ACHE) continuing education credit for this program toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward Category II credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.

Social Workers

This program is sponsored by the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) which is automatically authorized by the Board of Social Work Examiners to sponsor Category I continuing education programs. USUHS maintains responsibility for all programs offered.
