Ticket Program
New Editions has a subcontract to CESSI, which provides recruitment and outreach (marketing) services for the Social Security Administration’s Ticket Program. The goal of the Ticket Program is to connect beneficiaries interested in work opportunities with Employment Networks to facilitate their job placement, with the ultimate goal being that beneficiaries will achieve economic independence and no longer require SSA benefits.
New Editions’ role is to create materials used for recruitment purposes and to support the efforts to connect beneficiaries to employment networks.
We are developing a message, tools, resources, and other supports for a “new and improved” business proposition allowing potential employment networks to not only reconsider what the Ticket Program is, but also to take the actions necessary to become an active Employment Network. This includes:
- Helping form partnerships with organizations that can help support Employment Networks and the Ticket Program,
- Developing tools to assist with EN Compliance, the Employment Network-beneficiary matching process, and ongoing data collection
