Senior Analyst

New Editions Consulting, Inc., seeks an experienced professional to join our team supporting the Administration for Community Living (ACL). The work focuses on housing and services coordination to reduce homelessness and the risk of homelessness for older adults and individuals with disabilities. A successful candidate should meet the job description requirements and be comfortable with the listed job responsibilities. Candidates with a degree in public health, policy, or a related field are preferred. Prior experience in the areas of housing and homelessness programs and services, home and community-based services (HCBS), aging, and disability policy and programs at the state or Federal level is required. 

Position includes:

  • Interpreting policy and regulations to develop tools and resources that enhance program implementation and improve outcomes at the state and community level.
  • Providing direct technical assistance, educational and training on a variety of housing and service-related programs and policies.
  • Developing issue papers, tools, and resources for technical assistance, training, and dissemination. 

Knowledge, skills, and abilities include:

  • Working knowledge of housing and home and community-based services and supports policies, regulations, and practices.
  • Experience coordinating housing and health/social-related services.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. 

Required Skills:

  • Requires at least 7 years of state government experience, with a minimum of 3 years of program/project management.
  • Requires at least 7 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and coordinating housing and social/health services at the state or community level.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Remote work option available.
  • Some travel required.
